"The staff were exceptional, all of them. Often theses days customer service is forgotten. My stay here reminded me what a difference it makes when the staff are well trained, friendly and helpful! Well done team. I could not fault anything about my stay, rooms were a good size, the hotel and connected pub well decorated, modern and clean.
