"Charming is hardly a word for this property. The only AC is a window unit is in the bathroom directly across from the toilet. The only other window in the studio is inoperative because storm windows are bolted to them which prevents the windows from opening. I ended up keeping the door to the unit open and propping open the the storm door. The unit is extremely stuffy and fresh air is the only way to get any sort of relief. The ceiling fan is filthy and the side of the bed against the wall...

"The place was very cute and clean. Had a bit of a hiccup with the door code, but it was easily resolved. The apartment was right by a great bar (Shipwreck Lounge) which was fantastic. Also could walk to a gym. I'd love to stay here again."
