I respect the autonomy of my guests and can easily be reached by facetime, email, text, carrier pigeon, smoke signal, or yodeling. Communication with guests is important to us. Please be sure you have app notifications turned on for your phone as this will be our means of communicating with you before, during, and after your stay. Our digital guidebooks contain directions, instructions, and access information. It is your responsibility to review this information prior to arrival.
Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood on the oceanside. So close to everything that it is no wonder our guests rave about our location. We are the best place to call "home" while visiting the Cape.
The backyard is very large and has several flower cutting gardens but is still considered "shared" space even though you may never see anyone else. The dock is shared space if anyone else happens to be around as well.
After a day of beach adventures, bike rides on our electric bikes, and exploring all the Cape has to offer, unwind by strolling down to the dock. Sink into an Adirondack chair and watch as birds glide over the pond, dipping down for a quick snack. Toss some treats to the ducks or simply enjoy the geese drifting by. Feeling adventurous? Hop into one of our canoes or kayaks and paddle around the pond—spot wildlife, reel in a fish, or just soak in the peaceful surroundings. Keep an eye out for red-tailed hawks soaring above and turtles poking their heads through the water. In the mornings, wild turkeys often wander through the yard, making for a delightful coffee-time sight from your private porch overlooking the pond.
As the evening sets in, gather around your private fire pit with the wood we provide—roast gourmet s’mores, share stories, or just bask in the warmth of the flames. Need to relax even more? Slip into the hot tub after a warm shower, or indulge in a long, luxurious bath with our spa amenities. Wrap yourself in a cozy Lotus robe and sink into the plush king bed, perfectly positioned to take in the stunning pond views.
The second bedroom is extra spacious, featuring a queen bed, a lofted single bed, and another single bed below—ideal for extra guests. Every bed is dressed in premium linens and duvets to ensure the ultimate comfort. The full bath includes a tub, shower, and shower bar, plus there's a large outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse after a day in the sun. We’ve got you covered with fluffy Turkish bath towels and beach towels.
For entertainment, the Roku TV makes streaming your favorite Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime shows a breeze. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the apartment, and outside, you'll find a private patio with a brand-new grill, an outdoor kitchen, a dining table, and a deck with a hot tub overlooking the pond. Your private back porch offers a dreamy swinging bed and an egg chair—perfect for afternoon naps or getting lost in a good book.
The only shared space on the property is our private dock on the pond, which is accessible to guests of another cottage tucked away behind a privacy fence. Otherwise, this serene retreat is all yours to enjoy!

Look for the Guest Parking sign and the path to the entrance on the LEFT side of the house. The property is large and the Cape has few street lights so it takes a little more effort if arriving after dark. Let us know your arrival time ahead of time and we can make it easier for you.
