"Clean, quiet, and cozy, perfect for solo travelers or a couple. Had everything I needed, and then some. Eclectic and creative decor, yet practical at the same time, like a boutique feel. Owners were quick to respond, and extremely kind in accommodating my request for a modified arrival, (which I didn’t wind up needing, but it was relief to have that ability. I came when it was dark, so, bring a flashlight or use your phone to navigate, it was blissfully starry and welcoming with patio lights...

"The property was as cute as pictured/described. We loved the attention to detail! There were charging hubs on either nightstand, as well as a noise machine on one. The decor seemed quite professional, very well done. I would be surprised if it was a DIY. We enjoyed our stay, immensely. If I had any critiques, it would be that there was only 1 microwave safe plate. I also would have liked more washable-linen covered pillows. There was only 2. I am a pillow hound with a bad back though. ...

"It was beautiful!! This was perfect. Your vehicle is protected beside a closed gate. You walk down the walkway and you come around the corner and there’s a cute patio, trees, running water! It was amazing!! And the stars at night……this place was awesome! If we go back to Cottonwood, we will make sure we stay here again!!"

"This is a beautiful home. There is a porch overlooking the town and mountains. The birds are plentiful. Great place for morning coffee or night wine. There is a fire pit for s'mores. Very nice. If you have more than 1 family there is an adjoining apartment for rent. I would think of renting this too next time. You won’I would definitely stay here again! "

"Enjoyed our stay- we loved the close proximity to downtown. It made it easy to go to dinner and hang out with our son and his friends at the local establishments so we didn’t have to worry about drinking and driving we walked everywhere! - We were celebrating his graduation from Embry Riddle! "The studio was exactly as it was described, but nothing could prepare me for the gorgeous space that it was. Beautiful views. Comfortable interior. Homie with lots of cute extras. I really appreciated the walking tour guide of Prescott. Which I used on my second day there. Perry and Judith were amazing host. I would totally recommend a stay here anytime. "
