"Single mom traveling with toddler. Absolutely loved this place. The pictures were completely representative of the property. It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. "Let’s just say if they decided to sell, we’d buy it! Perfect get away from the heat. There are two mobile AC units but at the end of July we didn’t need them. We took the advice of leaving the windows open at night and the cabin cooled down so well that with the fans it was pleasant during the day. The internet connection was good, but our cell service didn’t work (Total by Verizon). Not a problem, spotty cell service was mentioned in the description so we were prepared. Beds were all...

"We had an amazing stay. Very peaceful. Cabin was clean and stayed pretty warm. It was nice not to have WiFi or cell service so we could escape. The stairs are pretty steep going up to the rooms, we almost fell a few times. Only down side was there was a water delivery at 9am the day we were leaving that made it difficult for us to load up our vehicle. "

"We have provided 5-star ratings for all evaluation items as part of this review - but we wanted to give 4-star status to one item...the online presentation: it does not do justice to the roomy, open, pleasant, and convenience aspects of this unit. It is incredibly large and open for a guest couple. Simply outstanding! Anyone looking to stay in Prescott - especially for multiple days, should attempt to book this casita. It was perfect!"

"I would stay again but good to know for others it's very rustic. Lots of cracks and stained ceilings but goes along with such a historic building. Shower was a bathtub but new tile and bed was nice, enough towels and pillows etc.Room was right off the shared balcony which could use some TLC but a fabulous view made up for coffee in the morning which is supplied and perfect to watch the stars. Close 5 minute drive to Cottonwood. "
