Hotéis em Praias de Hilton Head Island, SC

"We really enjoyed our stay! I especially loved that the hotel has a sauna and that it’s available even if you don’t book a treatment. The one thing I didn’t quite understand was the locker policy. Apparently, lockers are only available to guests who book a treatment, even if you’re simply using the sauna. Since there were plenty of lockers available, it didn’t really make sense why they couldn’t be used by sauna guests as well. I think this would be a great area for the hotel to...

"Third time staying here for work travel. Great location and experience each and every tim"

"The bed was so comfortable. The room was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was good and had options. The location was very close to places we wanted to go. The things The things we didn't like were The tv had very few channel choices and no guide channel. The bottom cabinets had loose and missing hinges. The chairs in the room were visibly dirty. The carpet even though it had been vaccumed had spots and looked like it needed cleaning."

"Way better than the Hilton, stayed here for the second time after trying the Hilton thinking it was better and boy the sonesta is wayyy better, epically the cleanness and the staff"

"The bedrooms were spacious and well designed. There were 5 of us and we did not feel crowded. The breakfast had good options"

"I was disappointed with the customer service was received at this hotel. The receptionist Stacy, was rude and unprofessional when we checked in. She told me she couldn’t find my reservation, and I had to show her my booking itinerary to prove that I had a reservation. The situation could have been handled more politely and professionally, As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when there is an issue with a reservation. We lost our keys too and we asked her if...

"Good price for the room"

"Quarto excelente "

"Staff were welcoming and helpful"

"We had 2 rooms during our stay. Unit 6 was excellent but unit 11 was unacceptable. The smoke alarm was missing, water stains in the ceiling, shower was like a skating rink with no mat to prevent falls and general maintenance of the room was poor."
