"Loved this resort...centrally located, great facilities, access to the beach, easy to reach by bus from Komtar in Georgetown (bus stop at door). Staff were very helpful and attentive. Buffet breakfast was amazing with so many choices. Even got to meet the Manager on quite a few occasions who was wondering the resort, checking facilities (very impressed by this) On the same bus route to Batu Firinghi, Penang NP, Escape, Butterfly farm too. "The hotel has great conditions, the views over the sea are amazing, the room is very good and clean. On the other hand, the service could be improved, namely in the chapters around the swimming pool. In fact, it was more like a fun-recreative area or a diversion-park: we could not stay there more than 3 minutes. All the rest, positive points."

"Old furnishing, sofa, bedding and towels etc were sparse and looked very worn out. The apartment was not clean and floor was sticky we had to wear footwear during the stay. Checking in was easy, but note that the mailbox locks dont work so anyone can get in or out of your room easily and you will have no clue. Location is great. Parking is ample and great."

"This hotel has many serious issues. The room and common areas had an unpleasant smell. The bath towels, pillows, and bedsheets were dirty and did not appear properly cleaned. Carpet is bad and dirty. The mattresses were worn out and extremely thin, with the springs almost coming through, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on. "It was a really nice stay exactly as we hoped for! The location on the beach was beautiful and the villa had all the comforts of home. Was conveniently located within short car ride to Georgetown. Also the bag of ice in the freezer for drinks was a nice touch!"
