"The place was incredibly cozy. The owners are amazing - give you a map that shows all the local places when you check in. They even lent me a bamboo mat for the beach!
The place is also spotless - they take great care of it. Air conditioning and TV both worked very well.
A 5 minute slow walk from the beach, and there is a supermarket literally 5 meters from the front door.

On the other hand, the service could be improved, namely in the chapters around the swimming pool.
In fact, it was more like a fun-recreative area or a diversion-park: we could not stay there more than 3 minutes.

O quarto fornecido não era em piso elevado, como havíamos solicitado, mas depois de uma desculpa que não nos convenceu, foi-nos prometido um quarto no 3.º piso no dia seguinte, o que veio a acontecer.O mar não é aconselhável. "We stayed at the golden sands by shangri-la in penang 5th to 8th of july. We had a beach /pool facing room which i would strongly recommend. Rooms are spacious and clean, buffet breakfast had a wide variety of food, plenty of pool activities and areas of entertainment for kids,I would highly recommend this hotel to any type of visitor "
