"This property is looking fairly tired. We had a superior room with incredible views and lovely high ceilings, so the room was spacious and easy to relax in. It is, however, in need of some maintenance - chipped laminate, water damaged skirtings etc. The staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful, super respectful. There was one waiter in particular we would like to give a shoutout to - my apologies for misspelling his name, which I believe is Jhorarule - he was absolutely lovely; even if...

"The hotel has great conditions, the views over the sea are amazing, the room is very good and clean. On the other hand, the service could be improved, namely in the chapters around the swimming pool. In fact, it was more like a fun-recreative area or a diversion-park: we could not stay there more than 3 minutes. All the rest, positive points."

"Room was clean enough, staff were pleasant, we didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice. The hotel backs on to a lovely bit of beach, great for sunset & a little walk. There is a food court across the street which was lovely. The hotel is situated in between George Town & Batu Ferringhi (short taxi rides away) which was perfect for a long weekend."

"It’s a fairly good location but unfortunately the place is really run down. It’s in desperate need of basic repairs, a coat of paint and some decent bedding. WiFi is so poor that some days it’s non existent."

"Hotel needs to get more new bath towels and provide wash cloth and hand towels. Also had to ask for shampoo and body wash gel. Towels are very very old. Shower does not work properly. Room gets very hot, ac only works when in room with room key, should have better system. Location was great but won’t stay here again"

Carpet is bad and dirty. The mattresses were worn out and extremely thin, with the springs almost coming through, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on.
