"The hotel has great conditions, the views over the sea are amazing, the room is very good and clean. On the other hand, the service could be improved, namely in the chapters around the swimming pool. In fact, it was more like a fun-recreative area or a diversion-park: we could not stay there more than 3 minutes. All the rest, positive points."

"Our children loved the different swimming pools, incredible friendly staff and lots of fans and airconditioning units. The vibe of the place is so fun and adventurous. Two restaurants on site, and super easy to ehail a grab to go to sights and other food options. Would definitely book again."

"The hotel was clean and functional and it was good for my trip to Penang. I was surprised that the Jazz bar in the 29th floor was closed and was looking forward to some jazz nights. Too bad other than that it was good."

"The apartment is very spacious and clean. All amenities are very nice especially the hot and cold filtered water supply."

"毎日ルームサービスを行ってくれた。プールもとても入りやすい温度で楽しめた。室内にアリがいて少し戸惑ったが、現地ではよくあることのようなので、これは慣れが大事かと。スタッフはみんな親切で、対応もしっかりしてくれる。"

"the hotel is in need of a spruce up. it is an old hotel, but a wardrobe would be nice to have. or a set of draws. there was plenty of space"

"It’s a fairly good location but unfortunately the place is really run down. It’s in desperate need of basic repairs, a coat of paint and some decent bedding. WiFi is so poor that some days it’s non existent."

"Room was clean enough, staff were pleasant, we didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice. The hotel backs on to a lovely bit of beach, great for sunset & a little walk. There is a food court across the street which was lovely. The hotel is situated in between George Town & Batu Ferringhi (short taxi rides away) which was perfect for a long weekend."

"Old Hotel, need renovation, room staff contact through WhatsApp (plush service Sdn ) answering quickly Toilet broken , toilet sprayer broken , unacceptable to rent this with non functioning things , beautiful sea view"

"Very comfortable stay and great views"

"This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. No daily water unless request, no free coffee or tea. I think the hotel is run by foreigner staff. Restaurant not open for the whole day and the food is horrible. The bathtub is dirty and shower is poor. The whole facility is badly maintained."
