Because the studio shares a wall/connector with the adjacent unit and sits under that unit's kitchen, sound from neighboring guests can carry, including voices, alarms, or footsteps. Light sleepers may prefer another listing or want earplugs/white noise.

The studios in this building are ground-floor and face north next to an industrial building by the freeway. Highway noise and other urban sounds can be audible at times.
