"It was exactly what we wanted. It had a small kitchenette with utensils for making breakfast. Bathroom was big, clean, good strong water flow. The bed was super comfortable and perfect for two. The pullout bed was good as well. Access to the flat was simple."

"Sofia’s apartment is conveniently located close to the Arc de Triomphe. Clean and perfect for a stay close to public transportation, shops and restaurants. Communication was quick and helpful! Also, she and her cleaning person went above and beyond to help me when I reached out for assistance!! A wonderful location, very clean and super for our four night stay!"

"Quaint wonderful building with five floors. We stayed on the fifth floor at the very top. The apartment was just lovely, well lit and spacious enough for two people. The space was well equipped with all that one could possibly need for a stay. Climbing up to the fifth floor with luggage was challenging and quite a workout. "The flat was tiny but adequate. It was located close to an excellent view of the Eiffel Tower and in a charming neighbourhood. The fact that the toilet and shower rooms were across the hall and shared were a bit of a surprise but not too terrible. "Metro was just feet away. So many good restaurants in the area."

"My roaming service wasn't working so Olivier was not receiving my texts or calls so he met us at 11pm on the street, waiting for us to pull up in a taxi! The location is really excellent--museums within walking distance, a lovely park and restaurants. I would only say that there could have been more instruction around the washer/dryer (very long cycles) and some of the light switches didn't work or were not what I was accustomed to."

"Man muss durch 2 Tore in einem dunklen Flur in n dem provisorische Stützen die Decke stützen und indem die Mülltonnen direkt vor der Tür standen mit Maden etc. Das Apartment selbst war gut nur die Treppe runter ist nur für Geübte. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. 15 min zum Louvre gehen 4 min zur Metro. Würde ich alleine der Lage wegen wieder buchen, aber nicht mehr bezahlen."

"The prooerty was just as describe in the Marais area. Bey close to St. Antoine and walking distance to most sites of interest In a very quiet area and secure building. The only issue wa that when taking a shower the watet would overflow in the bathroom"

"Don’t think there could be a better location! A few minutes walk to great food, Notre Dame, the Louvre. And a couple minutes to the train station to get anywhere in the city! Beds were comfy. The host was very responsive. The only thing to mention is it was quite noisy at night. If you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue. We loved our stay here and would choose this property again."

"Quarto é muito menor do que na foto. A escada é extremamente estreita e perigosa. Fato de não ter 24hrs de recepcionista causa insegurança. Esquecemos nossa comida na recepção, quando voltamos eles tinham comido e deixado em cima da bancada do computador deles, falamos e nem pediram desculpas. Chuveiro não da para abrir os braços pois é minúsculo. "

"Apartamento muito simples e estrutura geral do edifício sem atrativos. Café da manhã barato para os padrões da França (pago a parte). Serviu para um noite de transição a espera do TGV. Não ficaria muitos dias. "
