"Perfect house for what we needed for our quick Universal trip. Short sister trip with our two sons. Pool and screened patio were perfect. Convenient location with things to do and grocery near by. Neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. House was stocked with pretty much everything we needed, but some basics in the kitchen would have been wonderful (coffee, salt, pepper, oil etc). Some extra laundry detergent would have been great for doing the extra loads of pool towels etc. and some...

"The rental unit was good and as advertised. We had issues with the door lock beeping during our entire stay despite asking to have it fixed, it was very loud. The check in process was difficult and the waiting to get into the community was chaotic, taking over 45 minutes to get through the front gate and register. Communication with the property manager was ok. They were very nice but seemed reactive. I asked to rent the golf cart ahead of our stay but that was never set up. The community...
