While the location was excellent and exactly as stated in the VRBO description, the stay ended up being extremely disappointing for the following reasons:1. The upper deck jacuzzi was not usable. It would have taken us hours to get hot water to a level that covered the jets. The hot water heater wasn't big enough to run the water for longer than a few minutes before it was cold and had to be shut off to allow the water to heat again and restart the process. 2. The hammock had not been properly maintained as we discovered the hard way. Once on within minutes we hit the hard tiled, cement floor, causing lower back pain for weeks after our vacation ended. After the fall, we shared the situation with the management company, and they came and replaced the ropes about 2 days later (not when they said they were going to).3. The description stated "lively night life" which we found out was an understatement. Three nights the music from the roof top restaurant/nightclub was so loud it didn't matter where you were in the condo, you could still hear and FEEL the music. This music lasted until between 5:00 a.m.-6:00 a.m. Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep while there.4. We were disappointed in our attempts to try and come to a fair resolution to all of our issues with this stay.
