"The property is very cute, but very small. The bedrooms are tiny and do not have any side tables for the beds. The beds are decent comfort, but I guess I am spoiled by my own mattress at home. The kitchen is well appointed. The property does state that there is a limited supply of basic items, such as toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, so if you are staying longer that two days bring extra or be prepared to buy more. For as much as we paid an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom...

"This was the perfect house for us to stay in for our grandson's wedding at the Trinity Chapel in historic downtown Dayton. Not only is it just a few minutes from the chapel, it is beautiful and very comfortable. With a king size bed and 2 full bathrooms adjacent to the living area downstairs, it had everything we needed.
