"There was no one working at the registration desk and I was unable to check in. I spent 1.5 hrs calling a number posted number in the office to check in. After 20 plus calls to multiple numbers I had to pay for other lodgings. Very poorly run! I would definitely not recommend!"

"My favorite part about staying at Cedar Lodge is the view from the balcony. I love the peaceful sound of the rushing water and the beautiful view of the smokies in the mornings. It’s so nice having a full kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom and bathroom for the kids. We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back soon. "

"The property was located within walking distance to so many activities and was very spacious. The property is a duplex with very thin walls to which we could hear the couple snoring at times. The beds could use a mattress topper because if you turnover in the night you will wake whoever is next to you up. "This is our 2nd time staying in this cabin. It is in a fantastic location by being close to so many attractions. The cabin is roomy and comfortable. My only cons are minor and probably not with the owners but, I had to fix the upstairs toilet as it was running when we arrived. I think the cleaning crew should have noticed this. We couldn’t use the hot tub because it was only half filled with water and I didn’t see a hose to add more. Plus it looked like the water had not been treated and...

"The cabin was wonderful and decorated beautifully. Very clean and everything we would have needed was supplied, even the towels for the pool/hot tub. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the grill outside. There is an ice maker in the fridge, which is a big plus as well. The cabin is very close to everything (about 5 minutes to The Island in Pigeon Forge) but is tucked away in an area with very little traffic, so it was very peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were wonderful to work with also. ...
