This home’s unique décor is inspired by the Arizona state gem - Turquoise!

Soak up the sun in the beautiful & private backyard during the day or relax and enjoy the yard games under the glow of the string lights at night! (pictures of our new string lights coming soon!) The yard features a large pool, next to the deck where you can sit back and chill in our beach loungers, or relax under the shade of the covered patio. Play giant Jenga or beer pong when you want a break from floating in the pool! The backyard also features a grill with propane provided, and a large outdoor dining area!

Upon entering this gorgeous Spanish-style home, you’ll encounter the main living area - kitchen and living room room which lead out to the expansive backyard and the sparkling pool. The living room features a TV with live-streamed cable (YouTube TV), Netflix, Amazon prime, and more. The kitchen is fully stocked so that you can prepare meals at home if desired, including a Keurig coffee maker (coffee provided) to jump-start each morning. Just off the kitchen you'll find a hallway containing your own personal bar to mix up your favorite vacation-time cocktail. Through that same hallway, you'll find the dining room - not only perfect for a dinner at home or catered event, but the colorful and unique space is ideal for gram-worthy pictures as well!

The home has three large bedrooms. The master suite features a queen sized bed, french doors to the pool deck, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and is conveniently located close to the hall bathroom. The third bedroom is GIGANTIC - featuring not only 3 full-sized bunk beds (which can accommodate two guests on each bottom bunk, and one guest on each top bunk), but also a beauty bar with four mirrors, a counter, and seats - perfect place to get ready for a night out on the town. This third bedroom also has an attached walk-in closet and large bathroom with a shower, three more vanities, and a two-person jetted bathtub! When you’re ready to unwind, light some candles and enjoy the unique and spacious tub!

*Disclosure Regarding Pool Heat*
Before requesting pool heat, please be advised of the following:

We cannot make the pool into a hot tub! The maximum temperature we heat the pools to is 85 degrees. Please also be advised that in the winter months when the overnight temperature drops below 50 degrees, the pool heaters will simply shut off to avoid mechanical damage to the heat pump system due to the ice that will form otherwise on the internal coils. The heaters will turn back on automatically when the temperature outside goes back up/when the ice that was forming to cause the shut off melts, but this means that we cannot promise the pool will stay heated to our normal of 85 degrees. Even with the cooler temperatures, the pool heaters do tend to keep the pools within 5 degrees of the desired temperature. This turning on and off the heater is very expensive for the homeowners, hence the pool heating charge. Therefore, please note we will NOT be able to refund the pool heating charge if you feel the pool did not stay warm enough during your stay. The pools have been heating up to 75-85 degrees, which is 35-45 degrees higher than the outdoor temperature.
