I recently booked this hotel for my parents, as they were traveling for a medical appointment. Based on my previous positive experiences using Expedia, I felt confident in selecting this property. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations.
There were several concerns during their visit. The restaurant charges on the bill appeared to be incorrect, and the quality of the food did not meet a reasonable standard. Additionally, the carpet in the room had an unpleasant odor, which affected their overall comfort. When these concerns were brought forward, the response from management felt limited and not as attentive as we had hoped.
I consider myself a reasonable and understanding person, and I recognize that issues can occur. However, what truly matters is how they are addressed. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a member of management to resolve these concerns.
If someone from the management team could please contact me, I would welcome the chance to discuss this further. A thoughtful and responsive resolution would go a long way, and I would be open to recommending this establishment in the future based on how this situation is handled. Otherwise, I would be hesitant to recommend it to others.
