This sought-after neighborhood provides easy access to upscale dining, shopping, and vibrant nightlife, all within a short drive. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate nearby hiking and biking trails, including those on Camelback Mountain.



Getting Around:

Guests can take advantage of Scottsdale's free trolley system, which connects to various attractions and regional bus routes.

For those driving, major thoroughfares are easily accessible, and the property offers ample parking. Rideshare services are also readily available, providing convenient transportation options throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week. To ensure the pool is heated upon arrival, all requests and payments must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to check-in.



All guests are required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



This property maintains a strict Zero Tolerance Policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale enforces rigorous noise and nuisance ordinances, and violations may result in fines and/or immediate removal of the listing from hosting platforms.



To support neighborhood harmony, the home is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitoring system. This device does not record audio or conversations and is used solely to monitor decibel levels.



A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entry for occupancy verification and emergency purposes only. There are no interior cameras or recording devices on the property.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted; however, exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found to have been present during the stay—a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be assessed to cover additional post-stay cleaning.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping team. Please coordinate any departure changes in advance to avoid this fee.
