"This little place is a good alternative to a short hotel stay in Scottsdale. We went up for a short little stay-cation and the price made it worth it since with this place you get 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and living room for the price of a hotel in the area. The location is almost right on the canal path and super close to Old Town, The Waterfront area, and Fashion Square Mall. "Stephen was a wonderful host. The master suite was beautiful, clean, easy to get to and had amazing views. We even got to meet his 2 friendly dogs and cat, which was a nice treat for us. The room is stocked with a coffee maker, toaster, fridge with goodies for your stay. The back yard had a lovely pool with plenty of chairs and tables to enjoy. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. "

"Great place! Neighbor was super quiet, super nice! Kids loved the pool, and husband and i loved the late night cookie delivery that was available! Close to all the necessary stores, easy to find, quiet neighborhood. House was super clean, and housed us perfectly and comfortably! Host was super responsive and really helpful when our patio door wouldn't lock upon arrival, someone was out fixing it within the hour! "

"Lovely little spot in a convenient-to-everything location. This guest house was perfect for a weekend visit to the area with our 2 pups. The home is appointed with all the essentials and recently renovated. It was comfortable and quiet and the owners were super responsive and helpful while I was booking. We will be back "

"Everything was perfect. Home was spacious and inviting. There were so many extras that we enjoyed. Ashley left a welcome snack and other special things that we enjoyed such as the facial masks. We were able to use the spices and condiments in fridge. We appreciated not having to buy salt etc. The pool was clean and inviting. My family loved every moment of our stay.
