Whether you're visiting for a relaxing getaway, Spring Training, business, or to explore the Valley of the Sun, Sarah's Sanctuary offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and resort-style relaxation.

Inside, you'll find thoughtfully designed spaces with comfortable furnishings, quality linens, and the amenities you need to feel at home. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for preparing everything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner, and we provide complimentary starter supplies including coffee, tea, and essential paper products.

The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests with:

* A spacious primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed
* A second bedroom with a California king bed
* Two additional twin beds provided by a trundle bed in the family room

Step outside to your own private backyard retreat featuring a sparkling pool, covered patio, and propane grill—perfect for enjoying Arizona's beautiful weather year-round.

*** Optional Pool Heating ***

Pool heating is available as an optional add-on for guests who would like warmer swimming temperatures during cooler months. Because many guests prefer an unheated pool, heating is offered only upon request for the entire duration of your stay.

Current nightly heating rates are:

January–February: $80/night
March: $70/night
April: $60/night
May 1–15: $50/night
May 16–September: Available upon request; pricing varies based on weather
October: $50/night
November: $60/night
December: $70/night

Discounts on heating are available for stays of seven nights or longer, and rates may be adjusted during unusually warm weather.

To help maintain comfortable swimming temperatures while minimizing energy usage, the pool is equipped with a solar cover. We simply ask guests to replace the cover whenever the pool is not in use, especially overnight.

The home occupies the main house on a spacious corner lot with ample free street parking. Contactless self check-in is provided through a secure lockbox, making arrival easy regardless of when you arrive.
