The entire home and all its amenities are exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Check in is a breeze with a keyless smart lock — your personal code will be sent before arrival, so there's no waiting around. The pool is heated to 85°F from October through April at no cost to you. During rare cold snaps (below 40°F), the temperature may dip slightly — but Arizona winters are mild, so this almost never happens.

The home sleeps up to 7 guests across three bedrooms: a king master suite with soaring vaulted ceilings, and two queen bedrooms — all tastefully decorated with a cohesive modern palette. The open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly to the covered patio and outdoor kitchen, making it ideal for entertaining or evening meals under the Arizona sky. Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for any meal. You'll also find in-home laundry, a 2-car garage, and dedicated driveway parking. Pets stay free, and pool heating is complimentary!

-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
