"I had high hopes for our stay based on the lovely pictures and high ratings that the place has. Now that I've stayed there, I really don't understand how it has such a high rating. There were a few pretty major issues that would make me not want to stay there again or recommend the place to others. It's really hot in Tempe, so I'd expect to be able to cool down in my lodging. "I liked the living room space but it was dirty. The pool was dirty!!! I called so they can clean it while I was there and they just cleaned it this morning that we are checking out. The sheets on our beds were dirty! If the property management knew people were checking in, they should have made sure everything was clean and descent."
