"My stay at Red Roof was very pleasant. The staff provided excellent customer service, and my room was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated seeing the security guard regularly patrolling the parking lot and keeping an eye on the vehicles, which made me feel safe during my stay. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to stay. Thank you for the great service"

"The outlet in the room started smoking. I asked to be moved and they said no. So, I got a refund for the rest of the days that I would have been there. It's not a good place to stay."

"The hotel was an older hotel but met our needs. The pool was out of service. The property and rooms could benefit from a refresh (bathrooms and ceilings). The staff were wonderful and they had onsite security. We enjoyed the balcony and the view of the mountains and sunset."

"We arrived and checked in fine. There were drug addicts surrounding the place. The pool was DIRTY. And open to the street for the people on drugs and doing drugs to watch. After checking I noticed the door didn’t close or lock properly so we had to move rooms. The staff was nice but the gave us keys that were not activated so it made the transition super frustrating . In the the middle of the night in the new room there was noises coming from someone trying to enter the door! Over and over to...

"The staff is amazing, but unfortunately this place is ridden with cockroaches and bed bugs, yet they now charge higher than cleaner hotels in the area. It used to be worth it, because it was cheap, so it made you not pay so much attention to the cockroaches. They seemed to get new management, who seemed to be Pakistani or Indian, and surprise surprise, they raise the rates while still having cockroaches and bed bugs. My advice would be to stay somewhere else."

"Surprisingly nice for the price. Not a bad place to crash for a night. Good sized spacious room. For under $70 a nt,no complaints!"
