The 3rd story unit is right across from the Gulf showcasing incredible views of both the beach & the community pool. The condo is equipped with the essentials including in-unit laundry. Thank you so much for staying with us! We hope you love the home. This unit is managed for a homeowner who values the space very much. Our hope is that you will treat it like your own. Primary renter must be 21 years of age or older. Please limit the occupants to the maximum allowed and please no parties. Unauthorized guests exceeding the limit will lead to the cancellation of your reservation. No smoking inside the condo. Smoking is permitted outdoors but all waste must be removed prior to your departure. No more than 6 guests are allowed in the pool area or other community amenity areas. NO pets. Community area hours are 8am-10pm. NO EXCEPTIONS. Parking is available but passes must be displayed. Feminine products and wet wipes must not be flushed or additional plumbing charges may apply. Trash may be disposed of in the parking lot dumpster. Following your booking, you will receive a link to complete the check-in form and rental agreement required to finalize your reservation.
