In addition to many recent home improvements, Seaside Cottage boasts a stunning ocean view, private boardwalk with sundeck, screened porch with rocking chairs, grilling area with seating, dunes-side volleyball sand court, TV den/game room, enormous yard with ample parking (bring your boat!), and so much more.

The classic layout on the top floor provides central common areas as well as four bedrooms and two fully renovated bathrooms. The “no-stairs” ground floor, with interior stairs to the top floor, has two bedrooms, a full bath, TV den/game room, and laundry room with second refrigerator. A dry bar with beverage cooler is available on each floor, and every bedroom has a TV.

BEACH GEAR: Guests receive a limited credit toward beach gear rentals by VayKLife! Make your vacation FUN and EASY by having your favorite beach equipment delivered to your rental home. Reservation must be 7 to 21 nights between Apr 1 and Oct 31.

BEACH ACCES: The private beach boardwalk, leading from the oceanside screened porch, provides a rinsing station and halfway point sundeck with raised seating and glorious view.

BIKE TRAIL ACCESS: The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway runs through North Litchfield Beach parallel to Ocean Highway 17. Pick up the trail by heading toward Ocean Highway via North Boyle Road or Windover Drive to Trace Drive. Look for the white on blue Bike Path markers.

IMPROVEMENTS: In 2023, new wood-look floors throughout; kitchen enlarged and modernized; all new appliances, light fixtures and ceiling fans; all new beds; completely renovated bathrooms and laundry room; freshly painted inside and out; all new TVs; volleyball sand court, boardwalk rebuilt; all new porch and patio furnishings.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DISCLOSURE: One camera is located on top south front corner facing the driveway and front yard. A second camera is located on top south rear corner facing the dunes.

NORTH LITCHFIELD BEACH: Untouched by commercial enterprise, this residential neighborhood is coveted for its relaxed character and uncrowded stretch of sand. In addition to miles of beachcombing, the popular Waccamaw Bikeway passes through this area. Hop on the trail and head north to experience the fascinating Brookgreen Gardens or explore the vibrant estuaries at Huntington Beach State Park. Head south to shop, find great local dining, and enjoy the Lowcountry vibe. Numerous prized golf courses are also in the area as well as art galleries, historic landmarks, and boat excursions.
