Just a short walk to the beach and 2 swimming pools, this condo is located near the walkway to the covered dock on the saltwater tidal creek. Try out your fishing and crabbing skills, or watch as kayakers and paddle boarders maneuver through the winding creeks.

This is an end unit with a 2-story townhouse floor plan in the gated community of Inlet Point at Litchfield Beach. The 1st floor is ground level and features the living area, dining area, kitchen, laundry room and a half-bath. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped for meal preparation. The dining area has a table that seats up to 8, and a wet bar, breakfast bar, and sliding door opening to the brick floor patio in the 2-story screened porch. The laundry room has a full size washer, dryer, and an extra refrigerator.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to a balcony in the screened porch area with view of the marsh and overlooking the patio below. The master bath has a walk-in shower with built-in bench seat. Bedroom 2 and 3 share the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 3 also has a view of the marsh and sliding glass door that opens to a sundeck.

This condo is located in Building 9, and it is convenient to the beach, pool, and creek dock.

Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring Pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Linen Packages or Individual Sheets and Towel Sets may be arranged through The Dieter Company by request.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred, and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
