"We loved our stay at the property. The location is convenient to amenities and is one of the less crowded areas surrounding Myrtle Beach.Beach access was easy, just a short drive from the property to parking area. The house was clean, spacious, well-appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. Check in and check out were very easy and the hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had. We will definitely in this property again."

"This was a family multi-generational girls trip to Litchfield by the Sea and Pawleys Island. We have visited many times before at different locations within the resort and this one didn’t disappoint. Comfortable unit with beautiful views of the ocean. Good communication and overall a great time! Thank you"

"Rented house for a group of 8--golf trip. Comfortably fit everyone, was very clean, location was less than 10 minutes from every course we played in Pawley's Island. Overall excellent experience and great value for property."

"To be honest this review is several months after our stay. The property is being renovated or it was during our visit in summer of 2024. The property has lots of amenities with several pools, put out course, water park and arcade room most of it was closed during our visit. The staff was helpful giving us extra linin and towels when requested, and it appeared they were working on getting the place running. If they finish it all it will be a really nice place to stay. wclosed"
