"We really enjoyed our stay. I was a little surprised that the faucet in the bathroom was very loose, as was the toilet tissue roll holder. Not a big deal, but had me question attention to detail."

"Clean, comfortable room. Lovely bed."

"Fabulous location. Brilliant room and facilities. Great value."

"L'hotel è molto recente e la manutenzione è ottima. Molto carini e disponibili gli impiegati alla reception e gli addetti alla colazione. Abbastanza varia la colazione, ottima la qualità e si può gustare una vera colazione inglese. Ottima la posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Cheltenham Spa. Pulizia delle camere insufficiente (in 5 giorni è stato rifatto solo il letto, nessun altra pulizia)"

"We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. The apartment is beatifully decorated, well equipped and impeccably clean. Self check in was super easy. Highly recommended."

"Perfect hotel, great experience."

"Our room was gorgeous! Wonderfully high ceiling and the bed was enormous and so comfortable. A nespresso machine, tea bags and fresh milk were provided. The staff were all so friendly especially the breakfast lady, she was particularly warm and kind. Also the location is perfect, close to the lovely bars of Montpellier and the shops. This was our first visit to this hotel but it definitely won’t be our last."

"O Hotel du Vin em Cheltenham é muito agradável, as instalações são excelentes, café-da-manhã soberbo e equipe muito educada. O quarto no andar superior era muito amplo e novo, bem decorado e confortável, com sofá, escrivaninha e banheira. Recomendo muito a estadia no hotel e na cidade."

"Friendly staff Parking Location"

"Worst night’s sleep ever. Room 105 facing the main road and by traffic lights was dreadful - no soundproofing. Breakfast mediocre. Would not recommend this hotel based on this."

"Great location, good value for the money, clean and comfortable"

"Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Nicely decorated. Great location. Easy to access with codes provided. Water pressure quite low in the shower (on first floor)."

"Friendly staff"

"I knew that this was going to be a budget hotel as the price was very low. However, it was pretty unpleasant - the "mattress" was just foam. Literal yellow foam. So when you lay down for longer than 30 mins, you sunk down to the slats underneath. Almost impossible to sleep on. -the room was directly opposite reception and adjacent to the front door. This meant hearing people come in through the night and slamming the heavy front door (no soft shut mechanism) and in the morning being woken up by...
