"We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. The apartment is beatifully decorated, well equipped and impeccably clean. Self check in was super easy. Highly recommended."

"Very enjoyable stay. Didn’t see anyone else at all during our stay, but access to the property and to our room was very easy with Gabriella’s information she sent the day before arrival. House and room were lovely and warm on arrival.
Breakfast was self service ~ very nice and well laid out
Would certainly stay again. Very convenient NCP car park directly opposite , which was only £11.00 for overnight parking.
Great location, easy walk to the centre and theatre."

"I knew that this was going to be a budget hotel as the price was very low. However, it was pretty unpleasant
- the "mattress" was just foam. Literal yellow foam. So when you lay down for longer than 30 mins, you sunk down to the slats underneath. Almost impossible to sleep on.
-the room was directly opposite reception and adjacent to the front door. This meant hearing people come in through the night and slamming the heavy front door (no soft shut mechanism) and in the morning being woken up by...
