"Property has been decorated to a very high standard. Car park easy to find and access. Very central location. Easy access despite no front desk, just a code emailed to access the car park and room. Higher numbered rooms are quite a walk up a lot of stairs though. Would pay a bit more for a lower floor next time. Called to ask if we could leave the car on the Carpark a little later than midday, and they were happy to help as the rooms weren’t at full occupancy the next night. "

"We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. The apartment is beatifully decorated, well equipped and impeccably clean. Self check in was super easy. Highly recommended."

"The only issue was the overwhelming smell of smoke when you enter the apartment. The actual property was great for what we were looking for. Close to the centre of Cheltenham, walking distance to lots of restaurants and plenty to do. Space was clean and comfortable but we could not get passed the smell every time we entered the apartment. "This place was very charming and in an excellent location. very charming, clean, etc. The only things to watch out for are: The stair are small and steep. It was fine for us, but an older person of someone without great balance may not want to stay there. Because of the location (in a charming old village) it was hard to find when we arrived. It was fine, but you you need to arrive after dark make arrangements to have the host meet you."

"My overall experience was wonderful. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. The only issues I had to work around were most mirrors in the place were placed rather high for my 5'0 stature 😄. The living room/dinning area was perfect for when my local friends came for a visit. "Lou’s view was a very comfortable cottage which suited our needs whilst we were there for a couple of days. The only thing that I feel that needs to be considered to be updated is the shower in the grey bathroom as the hot/cold water knob didn’t turn so we felt the water was tepid. "This was a night away for my wife and I. We thought the facilities and room were perfect for us. The hotel was in good repair but retained its period charm. The staff could not have been more helpful. Service in the restaurant was very attentive, and the breakfast was excellent. The quality of the food served up in the evening didn't quite live up to the high quality of the rest of our stay, but it was perfectly pleasant."
