"The hotel was easy to find, being opposite the Railway Station and therefore an easy walk into the city centre. Car parking on site. There was no noise from the road outside and I could see the sea in the distance from my bedroom. Excellent cooked breakfast !"

Having a cozy bar with reasonable prices and the use of a free pool table was an added bonus. The hotel is great for relaxing and people watching. "

"The property was beautifully kept inside and out. The room we stayed in had beautiful furniture and the view was of the beach and fort and Cauldy Island and with the sun shining it was amazing. You could walk to the beach and around town within a short distance. There’s steep steps to the beach or further up, a zig-zag path. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety too. "The hotel is clearly dated however, it is clean , comfortable and excellent value for money. A fiver for homemade corned beef pie, chips and peas. Come on you cant beat that. "
