"We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. "

My only observation is that the Arts & Crafts building offers an opportunity to enhance that throughout rather than what is on the walls now, and feels like generic hotel decor that could be found anywhere. "There is misleading information on Expedia. The hotel advertises a local cuisine breakfast included, but in reality, breakfast is a basic continental breakfast served in your room. It also advertises a super king bed, but this is actually two single beds pushed together, which was disappointing. "The service was great, though my suggestion is that it is difficult to pair with an extended stay when you booked a short stay. The long-stay owners were extremely loud on the last day. Overall, a three-star from me, just because the service was good."
