"I had a very pleasant stay at the Charm Brighton Boutique Hotel and Spa in Brighton. Staff were very polite and attentive. Location was very good and I fortunately found easy parking in front of the hotel for a reasonable price too."

"They service was terrible the bathroom was the dirtiest. I even got fresh coffee on my room carpet. And the front desk Ali is the meanest person ever served im hotels industry. He tells me to shut up because he wanted to charge me for a time i didn’t stay. Over all 1/10 and the for the location"

"Receptionist was welcoming, helpful and cheerful. Light continental Breakfast was fine. Bathroom shower head scaled and didn’t function properly, so I rubbed a deodorant lid over it to break up the scale then it worked fine. There was signs of mould around the shower. On arrival room was very cold. Turned on the panel heater in room and took 90 mins to reach 20c"
