"The cottage was from a Hallmark movie. The owner Chad remodeled this nearly century old river front cottage to include all the modern conveniences you’ll need while maintaining the charm. Chad is a friendly and generous host and was always available. The cottage is in the side yard of their home but they were completely unobtrusive during the entirety of our stay. "

"The cottage was clean and quaint. The best part was the location to the beach and the view! Was wonderful to see the pelicans fly right past our deck."

"This is our second time at this property, and we enjoy the peacefulness of it. It’s too far away from anything, but your tucked in off the road."

"The property is lovely. Location couldn't be better. We would recommend living room furniture upstairs be swapped with downstairs. It should be noted that there is no walk in shower downstairs. There are some little things that need fixing, but it appears that owner is aware and working on them. (Sliding door downstairs bedroom, Refrig water dispenser, island counter granite falling off.) Nothing that distracted from our stay. "

"One problem recognized on arrival dealt with by manager promptly and effectively. Otherwise, only demerits are that upstairs bedrooms did not have night tables where a lamp could be placed or chairs on which you could put your suitcase. "We loved our stay at this wonderful Florence home. We had two kids and 5 adults and there was room to spare. The pictures are very accurate and the location was great. The view is spectacular and the outdoor spaces are beautiful. There is some traffic noise from the highway but you can’t hear it at all when you are inside.
