"Beautiful property! Cozy & clean room. Surroundings were peaceful, relaxing and quiet. Just what we were looking for. Only suggestion would be to have a full size ironing board, the mini one was too much of a hassle to use. Not a big deal though. Other than that we had a great stay and will definitely return!"

"I liked the view of the ocean and food provided, only thing I didn’t like was the a/c didn’t work."

"We were actually disappointed. Our room had a cool wood cathedral ceiling and gas fireplace but the room was tiny. We found it difficult to unpack. You had to slam the bathroom door to get it to close. We had no wash cloths or makeup cloths. The hot tub in the spa looked dirty but may just be stained so we did not use it. The room had a nice balcony and the bed was fine. Overall it was fine but not wonderful but the price was good for oceanfront."

"Great location in Florence for our overnight stay. Room was clean and in excellent condition. Parking available and their staff was friendly helpful. Inn is located at the top of a hill so there is a steep driveway to climb but it’s not as bad as it looks at first glance. Since the weather was warm, we wished for a/c or a fan. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this Inn."

"Room was very small and there was no ocean view as promised. Restaurant is good but very expensive. No alternative milk source. Staff was friendly"

"This property is run down and dirty. The room had a stale, old smell. The bathroom had hair stuck to the walls, drip marks running down the doors, missing bolt on the main door lock, uncomfortable old spring beds and dirty floors. The elevator was gross! Spilled booze all over. I do not recommend! Worst hotel we have stayed at."
