"We arrived early, almost 2 hours before check-in but were welcomed and provided our rooms right away. We received excellent service at the spa. We were late checking out due to enjoying time at the spa. We notified that we would be late checking out and there was no problem. I will definitely return to the Windermere House! "

"We loved this resort! Our family stayed there during Thanksgiving week in the fall. The view from the balcony was amazing, and waking up to the iconic Muskoka landscape was awesome. Clean room. The breakfast buffet was always fresh, and the amenities and activities were super convenient. "Very clean, staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. We asked a staff member - Ben - which way to go through the hotel to reach our destination and he literally walked us through the hotel to the door. He didn’t have to do that, but it just exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and top tier, and easy online checkout. Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay there again!"
