"I can’t say enough about this place! By far the best beachfront location! My two year old loved the playgrounds right on the beach. "Brian was an awesome host. Communication before and during our stay was prompt. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Really comfortable beds. TV's have all the apps u need and we even downloaded one to the Roku TV. Close to food and grocery stores. BBQ had full propane. . House is stocked with everything you need...shampoo, had soap in every bathroom, trash bags. Highly recommend this property. If you are going for a soccer tournament, it is 10 minutes from the fields."

"Excellent communication and easy check-in and check-out. The bungalow is tasteful decorated and had everything we needed for a short weekend getaway. Location was great with restaurants, coffee shops, and a small market in walking distance. You can even walk to downtown Carlsbad Village from the place. The minor downside is that it is off of Coast Highway which can be busy and loud so it was not so enjoyable for the outdoor space and keeping windows open at night. I would still consider staying...

"Unit B314 was a great clean condo near the ocean! I loved the neutral calming blues and beach decor. The kitchen was furnished with many useful dishes and new appliances. The bath towels were nice and plush and very fresh white, they also had plenty of hangers and nice open shelving in the closets. The balcony upstairs was nice as well which allowed for a small glimpse of the ocean. The North Shore grounds were absolutely beautiful too! Our family would definitely love to come back again! "
