The space: From this second-floor retreat, the scent of the Pacific and singing birds create an authentic local vibe. This stylish open layout features brand-new furniture and high-end linens. Whether for surf or work, enjoy a calm, modern sanctuary just 1.5 miles from the energy of Downtown Oceanside.
Sleeping arrangements: Unwind in a private bedroom featuring a plush Queen-size bed dressed in premium linens for a restful night. For extra guests, the living area offers a comfortable sofa bed. We’ve also stocked the space with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.
Living area: Stream or video call with ease using the large Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. Modern furniture and sleek new finishes create a professional yet cozy atmosphere—perfect for work or a relaxed movie night.
Kitchen & Dining: Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen featuring an electric stove, oven, and dishwasher. From morning coffee in the cozy dining nook to home-cooked coastal dinners, we provide all the pots, pans, and essentials for a seamless stay.
Bathroom: The private bathroom includes a full bathtub and shower setup. For your convenience, the space is stocked with a hair dryer along with essential toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.
Building amenities: Situated on the second floor of a quiet multi-unit property, this suite offers a private and comfortable stay. Guests have access to a shared, coin-operated washer and dryer on the first level. For a seamless arrival, a lockbox allows for easy self-check-in.
Neighborhood: Perfectly situated in South O, you’re within walking distance of the area's top cafes, craft breweries, and boutiques. Enjoy a 25-minute coastal stroll to the Oceanside Strand or a quick bike ride along the shore. Nestled between Downtown Oceanside and Carlsbad Village, the charm of both coastal cities is just a few minutes' drive away.
Guest access: The suite is yours exclusively for the duration of your stay. As the building is shared with long-term residents, we ask that guests respect the quiet, local atmosphere of the neighborhood to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Private parking: Guests have exclusive use of Garage F, with additional ample street parking available. To ensure a smooth check-in, the garage fob is located inside the unit for you upon arrival.
Street sweeping: Please be aware of city street sweeping on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month before 6am. To avoid a ticket, ensure your vehicle is moved from the street or parked in Garage F during these times.
Nearby train: As a historic coastal rail town, Oceanside implemented a noise ordinance in 2023 that has significantly quieted the area. While train horns are now rare, you may still hear a distant signal during low-visibility weather or for required safety protocols.

Very clean, close to the beach, and easy check in instructions! Everything was close enough to walk to and had good restaurants near by. Would definitely recommend Best Pizza and Brew.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Many restaurants, coffee shops and stores you could walk to. Parking was super easy whether you used street parking or the garage. The only downfall was there was construction outside of the unit that had to take place while I was there. It was supposed to be done the week prior but there was very bad rain. Overall the place was fantastic and I would definitely come back and stay again!

Unfortunately the building was under construction, our first day the water was shut off and the host never responded to me regarding this and to let us know when the water would come back on. There was drilling and hammering in the condo next to us the next day, and the remaining 5 days they were putting a new roof on, which was very noisy all day and extremely messy which we walked through and over all day. On our final day a hydronic pump went off at 6:00 am right under the bedroom window which woke us. I feel we should have been warned about the construction and offered an alternative place or a reduction in cost. This was not a pleasant, relaxing environment.

Nice place, close to the main drag and the beach. It even had a wine stopper. Good shower, good bed. Host came by when we had a problem -- good guy.

I booked this as a last-minute extension of a work trip to visit with some friends in the area. This was the coziest apartment in a great area! So walkable and super close to the beach. Thanks, Justin, for letting me stay in your place for a bit - I’ll definitely be staying here again!

This was a perfect space for our 4th of July getaway! We were able to walk to the beach easily and were within walking distance of awesome coffee shops and restaurants. The space was clean and the host was quick to respond with our questions! Highly recommend!

Great location
Loved location. However the stairs leading up to the unit are very steep and could be a problem. Would probably stay in a larger space .

Fantastic Ocean Getaway
The Cozy Cove had a great location for checking out Oceanside. We were able to walk to many different businesses for shopping, and coffee. A short drive to the pier, harbour, and train station for some additional adventures.
Wonderful place to rest your head at night and relax!
