"I was concerned that this home might be too small, but it was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for my husband and I, and so homey and well-appointed. Lovely, quiet location and there are plenty of great spots to go right in the mid-city area. Sheri and Lee were responsive and great to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Our stay was spacious and comfortable. Communication with the boat was easy, and the location is close to the streetcar. It's not in the prettiest neighborhood, but we didn't have any issues with that. There were some stains on the blanket in the first bedroom, but the second two were fine, so we just took those. Clean towels, bathroom, and kitchen, but there wasn't any detergent for the washer/dryer. "

The location of the house is not suitable for children or anyone that is not used to or comfortable being in close proximity unhoused people and drug use. Specific inaccuracies in the rental description: -Private pool: the pool appears to be shared by multiple units. There is no direct access to it from this rental, to access it...
