"I didn’t know where exactly the place was? It was dark. I didn’t expect to be on a gravel, so I was a little worried. The host was great. She continued to guide me to the cottage. Now I pick at myself for being bougie and when saw the place. I was IN the Bayou! The place was cute. Loved it!!! Peaceful wish I could’ve stayed longer. Will be back!!"

"Very unique, quiet setting! Felt like you should be time warped back in time. The plantation tour was fantastic and the guide was very informative!! The only issue I had was the sheets didn’t appear changed and the outer shower curtain had a questionable stain on it. "

"Very clean and cute decor! Spacious for 2 people. Beautiful view and very private property. But my favorite is the water! Due to family, we have stayed in many vrbo's. Due to the area, most are on hard well water, and I can't stand the smell. This home is either on city water or is filtered because it is soft and doesn't have an odor. We will be back!!!!"

"We had a fantastic stay at this house in Waveland. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of our favorite features was that it’s pet-friendly, with a fenced area of the yard that made it easy and convenient for our dog to spend time outside.The beach was only about a five-minute walk away. There were a few people around, but for the most part it felt peaceful and secluded, which was exactly what we were looking for. It...
