"As stated in the listing, the property is convenient to most attractions in NO. It is roomy and clean. The only issue we had was control of the temperature. The system is controlled with an app, and we were unable to get it set properly."

"We had some difficulties/delays communicating via VRBO. No fault of the host. The door code provided in the check-in email didn’t work. Apparently the property manager has changed the code & hadn’t notified the host. Thankfully, we were able to get the new code without too much trouble. The actual couch at the property was different from the one pictured & was quite worn with a tear in the fabric & a spring that was visibly pushing against the fabric. We also had some problems with electricity...

"Everything was as expected. But the internet was terrible throughout the stay. TV kept stalling and it was a lackluster experience browsing the internet on our phones and laptops. Property group were great communicators and the property was as expected but unfortunately as we travel for work it was a let down to not be able to fully use the internet within the unit. "
