"The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up....

"The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glassware and flatware. Kitchen was clean and well appointed. Did not have a car, so parking was not something I can report on. Visiting a brother who was a patient at ORMC. The property was perfectly placed to allow me to walk back and forth to the hospital. "

"I have stayed here many times. The Tiny room is great to just sleep if you are going to be gone all day. It’s close to a bunch of restaurants, a grocery store and a lake. So if you need a comfy bed, a cup of coffee and a bathroom… this place works great. Not a ton of room because it is tiny, so pack lite. But get out and enjoy the area. The hosts are great. There were other guest who struggled with locking the main door and the hosts helped them right away. "

"Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the yard because it rained the whole time. However, everything else was perfect. The cottage was spotlessly clean, including the very large refrigerator. The hosts were outgoing and accommodating. The weather changed a lot, but the heater and air conditioner were more than adequate. We stayed with mom, dad, college boy, little kid and Gramma. It was all cozy and comfortable, including the mattresses. The location was perfect, as we were there to visit...

"We had a wonderful time! Plenty of space for two people. The condo is located in great area of the city, walking distance from everywhere we needed to go. The space was overall pretty clean. The floors could have been a little cleaner. We also had some issues trying to watch YouTube TV in the bedroom. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay. The host responded fast and had great communication. "

"O quarto estava limpo, check in e check out foram super rápidos. Sempre tinha vaga no estacionamento. Muito próximo dos parques da Universal e do Outlet da International Drive. O único porém é que a tv não funcionava, fora isso, a hospedagem foi excelente! "
