"Basically within 10 minutes OR LESS of everything. But, you have to be fit. Those 70 stairs are a hike. We workout daily and I felt it!! You must be capable of that. It’s tight and no balcony but it’s not noisy at all. It’s opposite the Gielgud theatre. Right by Chinatown. Overall I would say this is exactly as advertised and it’s perfect if you want the London”scene”. Piccadilly Circus tube is a 2 min walk!! "

"Nice apartment and good location. However the second bedroom was not presented as it was in the photos. In the photographs it shows a double bed with bedside tables and lamps either side of the bed. In reality the double bed is pushed up against a wall and there was no bedside tables or lamps. "

"The location was perfect. Close to food and shopping. Arriving from the airport was easy as we took the Elizabeth line from Heathrow and our stop was around the corner from our apartment. It was also centralized to many connections from the London Tube system. Coffee was steps from the door. The other grade fine to the apartment was storing our luggage which was steps from our door"

"This place was quite large with a living room that had a nice dining table, full kitchen, next level had two bathrooms, a large room with 2 full beds and lots of storage, and 3 rd level with two twins and a full- great for a large family! "1. This unit is at the top of the building - 5 flights up. There is a TINY elevator that barely one person & a carry-on suitcase can fit into. If you have a lot of luggage, small children, elderly guests or get claustrophobic in tiny elevators, this isn't the place for you. 2. This place needs a serious deep cleaning. "Ótima Estadia. Quando nós chegamos nos deram um quarto sem ar condicionado e o ambiente estava um forno. Pois as janelas abrem só uma fresta. Mas prontamente fui atendida e nos trocaram de quarto. Este não tinha frigobar, que fez falta. Eu tomo uma medicação que precisa de refrigeração e eu precisava ir todas as noites solicitar a portaria meu remédio. Mas o café da manhã era otimo"

"Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo a várias opções de compra, restaurantes e o Hyde Park. Quarto muito amplo e confortável. Hotel muito grande e com algumas áreas demandando manutenção. Excellent hotel in the heart of London

"Extremely well located near Victoria Station, The Clermont was a great choice for our trip. We went as a family with a 8 year girl. Being near the station made our life so much easier. And I’m not necessarily talking about the Tube. There are several buses that start off at Victoria Station and cover so much of the city. The buses are comfortable and allow you to see the city from above ground. You can easily get to the Buckingham Palace by foot. Also getting to the hotel from Heathrow was pretty easy. But it’s not all location. The Clermont has comfortable rooms, great beds, the bathroom was really clean and the bathroom amenities were good. Also their mini fridge and some other amenities are complimentary and refreshed daily. The breakfast is another high point. Good variety, and a true full English breakfast, with sausages, egg, beans and bacon. To top off, the staff was really friendly and we also enjoyed some drinks at the Reúnion, the once first class lounge for the trains. Despite being near the station, the hotel was silent. The gym looked good, but we didn’t go."
