"Room its self is great. Beds are so hard "

"This wasn't our first time here. We have been before. I would say 7-8 years ago. Its beautiful, with such thought into hospitality. For a small little Northern Ontario Town i was AWESOWE! The hotel does need updates. Two essential updates in my opinion, are esthetics and comfort. I wasn't a fan of the No Water Bottles Filled with Water Rule. I recommend they provide a solution such as a possible water cooler, water fountain, or another solution and ensure its deemed safe to consume....

"The room was cozy and warm, we loved the suite, there was a lot of storage area for foodstuffs and belongings to be stowed away so the room didn't look messy. The coffee supplied was delicious, and breakfast was better than expected. When we return to Sault Ste. Marie, we will definitely book here again, it was close to shopping and to relatives and we felt secure at night."

"There was not adequate parking. Check-in was easy. Hallways were dirty with dirty dishes present throughout our stay. There was a bad leak on the 3rd floor which soaked the wall and carpet in an area. The pool was over run with birthday parties. We booked here for the wayer slide, but it was closed when the kids went to use it. The room was kinda dark (like most hotel's these days) there was toothpaste looking residue on the faucet, and mold in the shower, no hand soap- but staff were quick to...
