"So convenient to access hospital. Hotel parking only a short walk to the hospital. Room was clean however beds were lumpy with rubber mattress protectors that were noisy every time you moved in bed. A/C malfunctioning and a staff member came up to fix. It started to cool down and then malfunctioned again. 24 degrees and wouldn’t cool down. Had surgery in the morning and couldn’t deal with maintenance interruptions any longer. Needed some rest. Poor breakfast selection. Had stayed here previous...

"The fan in iur bathroom was obnoxiously loud and woke each other up to just use the washroom during the night. The bed was a worn mattress on a wheeled frame (no actual bed frame) The night staff were sleeping. The parking lot makes 0 sense. Could definitely use some renovations. The wallpaper was peeling in the room and the window frame was probably original. Breakfast was nothing to write home about and had no sausages or bacon available. Would not recommend..."

"The hotel might be fine but you will be afraid to park your car. Had two rooms booked and didn't use them as the facility is surrounded by homeless encampments. Not entitled to a refund but just gave away my money because my families safety isn't worth it. Avoid downtown Sudbury in general. Bummer."

"Downtown Sudbury is in sad shape. The location of the hotel is confusing. The route from Parking to the Lobby is long and hard to get the hang of. Breakfast was good and the room was nice and clean but it was the most confusing hotel I've ever been to navigation wise."

"The suite was well laid out and was furnished with everything you would need. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of choices of dishes."

The rate was reasonable, the pool was warm and inviting, the staff was accommodating, the water pressure was good and the shower head adjustable, and it was in a convenient location. Some pieces of furniture, such as a bench in the room, have seen better days, but that’s about it. Would definitely recommend."

"The room was very clean, newly renovated, spacious and quiet. My usband and I stay here a lot as we like the welcoming atmosphere which includes being greeted with a gift bag containing snacks and bottles of water. The staff are always courteous and professional. The hot breakfast that's included is very nice."

"This isn't the Hilton, but you know that when you book. If you're only here to sleep and shower, as we were - it's perfect. The rooms are a little outdated, but that doesn't bother me. It's clean and that is what matters. Great price for a quick stay."
