"The door to room 115 was not willing to close on its own. As well, the door to the bathroom didn't close as easy as you might think. The bathroom was little tight, but served its purpose. The rest of the room was fine. The breakfast was acceptable and check out was no problem."

My room was beautifully arranged and, most importantly, it was spotless. If you're passing through Thunder Bay, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!"

"The room was clean as were the linen and bedding. The TV/remote was comber some to use and not intuitive. Unfortunately someone left my window opened and the room I was in had issues with strong smoke smell(possibly from the recent forrest fires?) and made me feel very uncomfortable. The floors were carpet over possibly the original wood floors so they did squeak but being on the top floor did not affect me."

"This hotel presents very nicely. Good aesthetic and atmosphere. The building and room were clean. The check in staff were nice and professional. I got bumped from a king bed to two queen beds… ok There are 10 “included” parking spaces and if they’re full you have to pay extra for underground parking… what? There’s noise in the floor above starting at like 11pm to 1am… why? These are not MAJOR issues, but this is not what I expect when I pay nearly $300 for a Marriott chain room."
