"Was very pleased to have AC and fans during heat of summer and need to spend lots of time indoors due to smoke. Well equipped and functional kitchen. Proximity to Duluth. North Shore, and the Apostle Island Lakeshore."

"Immaculate and close to nice downtown establishments."

That didn't do much since the window is pointing towards the bedroom. The sink in the bathroom is VERY small. It's barely large enough to wash hands with much less brush teeth or wash face or shave. "This property was lovely. The studio apartment was the perfect size for 1-2 people and I stayed here for 4 nights total while I was in between houses in the process of moving. It was a quiet, cozy and A/C filled apartment so it was the relaxation I needed before moving for good. Thank you Heirloom Vacation Rentals!"

"Very clean and organized. Helpful, kind busy entrepreneurial host responds quickly. Safe downtown convenient location. Comfortable mattress. Be prepared to walk up a steep flight of stairs with luggage."

"Property was clean and well maintained. Stairs to upstairs apartment are fairly steep so not ideal for people with mobility issues."

"It was a Great place to stat"

"Perfect cozy place to stay if you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet spot near all the great places in the Lake Superior area. After spending the day exploring and being around people, it was wonderful to come back to a peaceful space and unwind. And if you love morning walks, this is the perfect place for that too!” 🌲🌊☀️"
