"Larry was very polite and welcoming and the bungalow was perfect for our 3 night stay for the Rose Bowl festivities! We were only a couple of miles from the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl stadium. The bungalow was spotless, well stocked and most importantly cozy and quiet, allowing a nice place to relax between our busy activities. It rained a LOT, but didn’t impact the quality of our stay. We hope to return when there is some of that famous Southern California sunshine. Go IU! "

Not only that, the actual location was in a very unsafe environment, right next to the freeway and an abandoned building. The owner must agree because the front gate as well as a creepy looking cellar door, were chained and padlocked, and, upon check in, I was given instructions NOT to leave the doors open. "Host seemed really nice and location was great for visiting family. Close to the 405 and airport, but with it you do get noise from those and a train, and if visiting during the holidays the neighbors will have parties, but that's normal. We were only there to sleep basically. Things seemed clean, but our white socks got pretty dark on the bottom from the floors so they might need a better clean. The glasses in the cabinet had lots of smears and finger prints, so we had to wash before use. I...

"Was very clean, comfortable beds, hot tub was great, everything was as listed. Just me, but would have appreciated a fan in the bedroom. Didn’t ask host, but his communication was great and seemed accommodating, so he probably would have gotten me a fan if asked. "
