Forest Stream Escape Suite B

Welcome to Pacific Escape Suite B located at Pacific Shores Resort in Nanoose. Pacific Escape is a privately owned condo, located on the 3rd floor in the Creekside building. This ocean front resort is the perfect west coast getaway with its tranquil surroundings and waterfront access. This hotel style studio suite can accommodate up to 2 guests; king bed. Your stay includes access to the resort amenities such as the pool, hot tub, fitness club and common BBQ`s and fire bowls.

Welcome to Pacific Escape Suite B. This suite is available for long term rental during the off season, please contact us for available dates and rates.

The suite is similar to a hotel room and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. Your stay includes access to the resort amenities. There are pool towels in the suite for guests to use.

This hotel style studio suite has a king bed, love seat sofa, coffee station, microwave, mini fridge, 2-seat dining bistro table, Smart TV, luggage rack, jacuzzi tub. The suite does not include a kitchen or bar sink.

Bathroom essentials are provided: shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

Guests can enjoy year-round access to the covered deck from the living room. The deck is furnished with 2 outdoor chairs and a patio table.

If you are looking to accommodate up to 6 people,
Suite (B) can be combined with the adjoining suite (A) which offers a 1-bedroom condo style suite with a king size bed and pull-out couch with a queen mattress. Suite A comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Please contact us for more details.


RESORT FEATURES:
Indoor pool, sauna, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub and fitness center. *Please note that the pool is closed every 4th Monday for servicing.

Indoor games room with ping pong and a pool table.

Seasonal use of kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and retro style cruiser bikes.

Children’s playground, outdoor kiddie pool and Rock Hot Tub. *Closed on Thursdays 9-5 for servicing.

Large lawn area and outdoor volleyball net.

Ocean facing patio deck with two gas fire tables.

Access to walking trails, beautiful gardens with several ponds and shoreline access.

234 B is located on the 3rd floor of the Creekside Building.

Suite 234 B has a private entrance.

Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out.

Guests will recieve a custom door code on the day of arrival.

Guests can use the stairs or the elevator to access the suite.

The parkade located across from the Creekside building; parking is free there is no assigned parking. Oversize parking is located in the gravel parking lot at the entrance of the Resort.

Guests staying at Pacific Shores resort have access to resort amenities such as pools, beach areas, and seasonal equipment (e.g., kayaks, paddleboards). Please note that these amenities are operated and managed directly by the resort. While they are typically available during peak seasons, we do not have control over their hours, availability, or operating decisions. We recommend checking with the resort directly if certain amenities are a key part of your plans.

234 B is managed by Lemon Tree Housekeeping & Vacation Home Property Management.

Guests will correspond with the Host and members from the Guest Services Team through their booking channel messaging system.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The condo is privately owned and not associated with the resort. Please contact the Host during your stay for all inquiries.

No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking, vaping, or cannabis use is not permitted inside the condo or on the deck. These activities are allowed only in designated smoking areas on resort property.

Please refrain from playing loud music on the deck to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Noise Notice:
As this is part of a shared resort building, you may occasionally hear sounds from neighboring suites or the A-side.

Food & Drink:
Guests are kindly asked to take all leftover food and beverages with them upon departure.

No Pets Permitted.

Shellfish Policy:
Live shellfish are strictly prohibited in the building. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to fines as per strata regulations.

Pool Towels:
Pool towels are provided in the suite for your convenience. The front desk does not supply pool towels to guests.

Amenity Keycard:
The amenity keycard must be returned to the suite before check-out. If the card is not returned, a $200 replacement fee will be charged. Please note that the front desk does not issue or replace amenity keycards.
- Please do not wear your shoes inside the home.
- All trash and recyclables are to be removed from patio please.
- Noise bylaws are in effect between 10pm to 8am, please respect the neighbours
- No live shellfish is allowed inside the suite. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- Smoking and/or Vaping is prohibited except in marked designated smoking areas.

When checking-out, please remember to,
- Tidy suite, put all used towels in the tub.
- Please return the amenities key
- If you used the fold out mattress, remove the bed sheets and mattress cover and fold and return to under the bed.
- Take the garbage and recycling to the commercial bin located beside the parkade. Liquor bottles, beer cans, soda cans go in the commercial bin as well.
- Sign out of your Apps and streaming accounts, such as Netflix, Disney+, etc.
- Please take any left-over food with you when checking out of the house.
- Upon departure, turn off all the lights inside the suite, close and lock windows and doors, and turn off the fireplace. Turn off fans and turn down the heat.
